Extensive refurbishment of a detached property including underpinning to existing basement and basement extension, major structural changes including the installation of a new steel frame and steel frame feature staircase, new rear extension and a loft extension with dormers and skylights. The works also included new M&E installations, associated landscaping and the addition of a garden office.

High-end finishes included reclaimed Belgian timber flooring through-out, Tadelakt venetian plaster, Carrara marble and bespoke internal joinery pieces.
