Situated in the heart of London, the owners of this privately-owned Grade II listed family home approached us with two clear objectives: to bring in more natural light and expand the usable living space. To achieve this, we rebuilt the rear facade, incorporating larger windows that transformed the home with a brighter, more open atmosphere. Roof dormers were added to the attic, and structural modifications were made to the lower ground floor, enhancing these spaces. The project also involved the installation of air conditioning and underfloor heating throughout—carefully planned and executed to respect the heritage of the property.
